What to expect from us.

People often come to us worried or unsure. You deserve to know plainly what we do and what we don’t.

We will

Listen to what you’re going through, without judgement.
Guide you in Qur’anic recitation and du‘a you can continue yourself.
Show you the Qur’an and hadith sources behind each practice.
Tell you the fee before you pay, and how it supports the charity.

We won’t

Promise a cure, a marriage or any fixed result.
Name or accuse anyone of causing you harm.
Ask you to stop medical care. Ruqyah sits alongside it.
Claim to predict the future or know the unseen.
